India's lunar plans

This week's Aviation Week has a short piece on India's future lunar mission plans. India is seeking international partners for its 3rd lunar mission, which would be a sample return. The first, Chandrayaan 1 is currently in orbit around the moon. The second will be a cooperative lander-rover mission with Russia.
